Festival lovers have yet another NFT collection that they can enjoy on their hands. The Firefly Music Festival has announced the launch of its first-ever NFT collection, Firefly Lumina NFTs.
The collection is being launched ahead of this year’s festival, which will be held from September 22 to 25 in Dover, Delaware. Along with the NFTs, the festival will feature performances from such acts as Dua Lipa and Greenday.
NFTs For Festival Goers
As per reports, this NFT release was designed in partnership with Autograph, a Web3 company. They can be redeemed when festival goers arrive at this year’s event by scanning their wristbands or via the Autograph website before the festival. Doing this will give them access to one of five possible NFTs (Mint, Lilac, Coral, Sky, or Dandelion), with each one coming with unique perks.
Some of these will include VIP weekend passes and access to the Autograph Rooftop Lounge. There will be on-site NFT activations done by Autograph at the festival and this is yet another perk that NFT-loving attendees can enjoy.
According to the management of the festival, the goal of this is simply to give the best experience to fans.
“Offering fans new and exclusive ways to enjoy their favorite performances, while also giving them an Autograph NFT to take home, is a no-brainer”
says Stephanie Mezzano, the Vice President and Festival Director of Firefly Music Festival.
